Who can participate?
Contractors who are purchasers of Absolute Coatings products or have an account at an authorized Absolute Rewards Distributor can participate. Participants may earn points from more than one authorized Absolute Rewards Distributor for qualifying product purchases.

Program Dates
The Absolute Rewards program starts on January 3rd, 2005 and runs through December 31st, 2005.

What purchases qualify to earn points
The Absolute products that qualify to earn points are posted for download at www.absoluterewards.com. However, management at its discretion may add, subtract or change products and point values during the program. If you sign up on line you’ll automatically get 500 bonus points and a t-shirt.

Merchandise Award Redemption
Earned award points may only be redeemed from the catalog of awards posted on the Absolute Rewards website. Award points may not be redeemed for cash or any other item, service or discount not offered in these rules and /or other official program communications. Points are not transferable to another participant. Any award points not redeemed by March 31st, 2006 will be forfeited unless Absolute Coatings, Inc., decides to continue the program. Additional points may not be purchased to complete a redemption. Taxation
All rewards redeemed are subject to income tax and Absolute Coatings, Inc. will issue a tax form 1099 to participants who qualify.

Improprieties
Any improprieties determined by Absolute Coatings, Inc. management in relation to this program by a participant may result in disqualification and forfeiture of points.

Conditions
Absolute Coatings, Inc. management will be the final authority over all questions requiring interpretation of the Absolute Rewards program including but not limited to: eligibility, qualified sales, award winners, and any other matters. Management reserves the right to cancel or extend this program at any time without prior notice.
